Minimum order and shipping fees

1.  Orders placed before noon will be treated the same day.

2.  Shipping fees and delays will vary per destination.

3.  Shipping charges will be applied on your invoice if minimum order is not reached.  This amount varies by contract or destination.

4.  To avoid any shipping charges, customer can provide their own carrier.  The carrier’s information must be clearly indicated on your purchase order when order is placed.  (Example: Purolator#12345)  If not, charges may be applicable.  (see #3) 

Return policy

1.  Any discrepancies in your order must reported within 48 hours business days of the receipt of your shipment.

2.  No merchandise may be returned without an RMA number issued by our customer service department.  To make this request, please have on hand your purchase order number and the reason for the return.

3.  Restocking fees may be applicable.  These charges can vary between 10% and 30%.

4.  A credit note will be applied to your account once Medique receives the returned product.  Returned product must be in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.  If the condition is said not resalable, the credit will not be applied.

5.  Each case is different and requires special attention.  Exceptions may apply.
